Dr. Fred DeLucia is a Board Certified foot and ankle surgeon who specializes in adult and pediatric reconstructive and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle. He is certified by both the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. DeLucia received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New York University and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his internship at Forest Hills Hospital in Queens, NY, and his residency training at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and New York Hospital of Queens in Flushing, NY.
Dr. DeLucia is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Podiatric Medicine, and serves as a Council Member of the Morgagni Medical Society of New York. He served as President of Foot and Ankle Surgeons of New York from 2013 to 2026 and is currently President of Ankle and Foot Surgical Specialists in Westchester, NY. He has served as an Honorary Police Surgeon for the New York City Police Department since 2016. Dr. DeLucia is also a member of One Surgery/Related Surgical Specialties, a large multi specialty surgical consortium that serves the Tristate region. He is affiliated with Phelps Memorial Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, Putnam Hospital, and St. John’s Riverside Hospital. He joined Surgical Specialists of Greater New York in 2026 as Director of Foot & Ankle Surgery, Podiatric Services, and sees patients throughout Westchester County and New York City.
